Seneschalstown's U-21 team help deny Trim a place in AFL Div 1 Final. Seneschalstown decided to field their U-21 team to give them a practice match before the semi - final of the U-21 Championship and were unlucky not to come away with victory against one of the team's fancied to win this year's Keegan Cup.

Seneschalstown comfortably disposed of St. Colmcille's at Donore on Sunday with 11 of the side that lost out to Summerhill after a replay in last year's decider.
Seneschalstown made a great start after just 15 seconds when Joe Sheridan netted and Barry Clarke's goal near half-time effectively ended the game as a contest.
The Yellow Furze side opened up a 2-6 to 0-4 interval lead.
