Meath Senior Football Championship: On Friday evening, we will make the short journey up to Skryne to take on St. Peter’s, Dunboyne in Round 2 of the Meath Senior Football Championship. Our lads will be looking to bounce back from the opening round defeat to Summerhill, while Dunboyne could only manage a draw against Skryne. Throw-In on Friday evening is at 7:30pm, with Barry Tiernan appointed to take charge. Details on tickets and any potential live stream will circulated later this week. Score updates will be available throughout on the clubs Twitter page.

Premier Championship: Our two Premier Championship teams are both in action over the course of next weekend.

Kicking off the weekend’s fixtures are the Premier Division 4 team when they play at home to St. Michael’s at 7:45pm on Thursday. We are very much in the hunt for a semi-final spot after three consecutive wins and another victory here will only increase the likelihood of a place in the last four.

Rounding off the weekend’s action on Monday evening, our Premier Division 1 team will be hoping to return to winning ways as they travel to Kilberry to play Wolfe Tones at the earlier time of 7:00pm. After a narrow defeat against Dunshaughlin last Monday, a win here is imperative if we are to progress to the knockout stages.

U16 Girls: Well done to our U16 Girls who qualified for the Division 3 Championship final after they overcame St. Mary’s in Fr. Tully Park on Monday night. With the game level at half-time, the team were fantastic in the second to win out on a scoreline of 4-12 to 3-08. Fixture details for the final are yet to be confirmed.

U15 Boys: The Under 15 Division 1 League Final against St. Colmcille’s has been pencilled in for Wednesday September 8th at 7:15pm. The venue for the game is Masterson Park in Ardcath. We will post ticket information closer to the day of the game.

U12 Girls: Hard luck to our U12 Girls who lost out to St. Colmcille’s in their semi-final last weekend.

Meath Minors: Best of luck to the Meath Minors in the Electric Ireland All-Ireland MFC Final this Saturday against Tyrone in Croke Park. The game is at 1:00pm and will be shown live on TG4.
