Despite missing a plethora of players which amounted to double digits, a strong second half performance propelled Seneschalstown to a fourth win of the League campaign over fellow Senior side Curraha in Fr. Tully Park on Tuesday night. Both sides were boosted by the return of county personnel – Cathal Hickey for the hosts and James McEntee for Curraha.
LMFM Minor Football Tournament Group A Final
Seneschalstown 2-11 Skryne 1-08
Seneschalstown collected the first trophy on offer for the 2022 Minor football season by overcoming Skryne on the May Bank Holiday Monday morning in the excellently presented Bective club grounds.
Only promoted from Division 2, Skryne made the final at the first attempt in the Division while Seneschalstown were hoping to continue their success at this age having won the Paddy O’Brien Cup two years ago.
Meath Ladies U-15 Division 1 Shield Final

On a bitter cold and wet November evening the young Ladies from Seneschalstown and Rathkenny/Castletown managed to light up Dunganny for this U-15 Division 1 Shield Final.

For the second year in succession, Seneschalstown Girls u13's are Meath LGFA Div. 1 Shield winners after defeating Royal Gaels in a hard-fought encounter in Dunganny.

The Seneschalstown girls took to the road on Sunday to take on one of the best underage teams in the county. This Division 1 fixture was always going to be a severe test of this U15 Furze team but as always they fought to the bitter end but just could not cope with the fire power of the Dunboyne outfit.

By the time referee Derek Ryan had blown his full-time whistle in Tuesday evenings Paddy O’Brien Cup semi-final, many supporters in attendance could not have been anything but impressed with the display of Seneschalstown’s Under 15 side in seeing off Ratoath in the clash played in Fr. Tully Park. While the score at the end may look low on paper, the attitude of the players was top notch, and on another night the scoreboard would definitely have reflected their overall dominance on proceedings.
Meath Under 15 Premier Championship Semi-Final
Seneschalstown 2-10 Donaghmore/Ashbourne 6-8
On a fine morning for football, Seneschalstown and Donaghmore/Ashbourne clashed for a place in the final of the Under 15 Premier Football Championship. Played in bright sunshine, there was also a stiff breeze for the players to contend with.

Seneschalstown GFC is small rural club from the Beauparc/Kentstown parish situated about 6 miles east of Navan and 3 miles south of Slane.
The club has a proud history in all levels of GAA football over the years and more recently with our Ladies teams.
The club has enjoyed much success in all competitions and has been fortunate to have many players represent the county teams with distinction.
