Senior Ladies: The Ladies quest to win the Leinster Championship came to a halt on Sunday afternoon when they were defeated by Dublin champions Na Fianna at their Mobhi Road venue. Having got off to a good start Seneschalstown were rocked when influential midfielder Grainne Nulty went off injured around the twentieth minute with a head injury.

From this point on the side failed to trouble the scoreboard and with Orla Egan in flying form for the home side Na Fianna pulled away to emerge comfortable winners.

Their Leinster Championship campaign may have ended in disappointment but there is still silverware to aim for and they will be eager to retain their Feis Cup crown. Next up in that competition is a semi-final versus St. Ultans.

U-21: The U-21 quarter final against Navan O’Mahonys has been brought forward from Sunday morning to Friday evening. The match will now be played in Simonstown at 20:00.

Minor: Following a match which ebbed and flowed throughout the minors ended up drawing their LMFM Minor Championship quarter final with Na Fianna last Sunday morning in Fr. Tully Park. The score after extra time was Seneschalstown 4-09 Na Fianna 3-12.

The two sides will meet again in the replay on Monday October 27th in Enfield at 11:30.

U-15: St. Colmcilles will be the visitors to Fr. Tully Park on Saturday afternoon for the Round 7 match in Division 2 of the U-15 Leagues. Throw in is at 16:00.

Club Nursery: The U-10’s will have coaching in the Skills Wall in Fr. Tully Park on Thursday evening.

Girls U-15: The teams Division 2 Shield Final against Boardsmill will be played in Ashbourne on Saturday at 11:00. Best of luck to the girls.

Girls U-13: Last Thursday evening the team made the short spin up the N2 to Ashbourne and they defeated their hosts by 7-05 to 1-02 following an excellent team display.

Girls U-13 coaching continues on Wednesdays from 18.30 to 19.30.

Girls U-11: Girls U-11 training continues on Monday nights from 18:30 to 19:30.

Cumann na mBunscol: Congratulations to the girls from Kentstown NS who qualified for the final of their league when defeating Scoil Éanna on Tuesday in their semi-final.

Lotto: The numbers drawn in this week’s Lotto were 1, 5, 13 and 15. There was no winner of the jackpot of €4,500. Next week’s jackpot will be worth €4,600. The 5 x €25 winners are Paddy Brady, Michael Collins, Noeleen Concannon, Shane Corbally and Tommy Finnegan.
