Seneschalstown stayed on course for the knock out stages of the junior B

The success was fashioned on a superb opening 20 minutes when
the furzemen kicked 5 unanswered points and but for some narrow misses could
have increased the haul to leave the furzemen leading 0-6 to 0-1, but the
concession of 2 goals in the space of 3 minutes put Blackhall ahead for the
first time. The winners equalised to leave the score 0-7 to 2-1 at the
break.

Early second half points put Blackhall back infront but 3 points in a
row put the furzemen back in front, a lead which they never relinquished to
the end of a very exciting encounter. This was a good team display with Mark
Gleeson, Paddy Curtis, Jonathan Keating, Michael Mullen and James Gillic
particularily prominent for Seneschalstown. John Joyce, Ross Brady, John Fitzgerald and Creevey were best for the Blackhall Gaels.
