Seneschalstown suffered another defeat in the AFL Div1 clash against East Meath neighbours St. Patrick’s on Sunday.
Missing a couple of regulars through injury and players on duty with Meath U-21’s and St.Pat’s Navan, Seneschalstown started brightly and only for some poor finishing could have been well ahead at the interval. However St. Patrick’s scored 2 goals from defensive mistakes to lead at the interval by 4 points.

Seneschalstown started the second half in good fashion and quickly went ahead with a goal and some well taken points. However Seneschalstown suffered injuries to both corner backs and this along with poor kickouts and midfield fielding allow St. Patrick’s to gain valuable possession and take their scoring opportunities. And in the end ran out victors by 5 points.
