Dunshaughlin overcame Seneschalstown in the Division 1 B League at home on Monday evening. Seneschalstown started off well with points from Mark Gilsenan, Neil Darby and Shane Clarke before Dunshaughlin opened there scoring on the 10th minute. Seneschalstown got another point from play from Adam Gleeson on the 11th minute who also had a chance on goal but was saved by the Dunshaughlin goalie.Dunshaughlin answered with a goal and point on the 16th and 19th minute respectively. The Yellow Furze side added three more points to there tally, 2 from Clarke and 1 from David Matthews leaving Dunshaughlin one point up at the break.
Dunshaughlin started the second half well with a goal on the 40th minute of the match before Seneschalstown answered with points from Paul Garry and Clarke. The Black and Amber side answered with 2 further points. Two more points from frees from Clarke seen the Yellow Furze side loose out by a single point.
