Following a first half when they trailed by four points Seneschalstown failed to get motoring in the second and saw Wolfe Tones pull clear as their hosts racked up an impressive 2-10 in the final thirty minutes while only conceding 0-04.
Shorn of a number of players through injury the side battled hard throughout with first half goals coming from Brian Sheridan and Jonathan Gilsenan but found the going too tough in the second period as Wolfe Tones picked off the scores which lifts them a bit further out of the relegation zone and drops Seneschalstown into twelfth place and looking anxiously over their shoulder.
