B League Division 1 Round 4

Donaghmore Ashbourne 2-10 Seneschalstown 0-02

In a game played between two sides who play championship football three grades apart the underdog needed everything to go their way. Unfortunately from a Seneschalstown point of view this did not turn out to be the case as they only managed two points for the hour, with one coming in each half.

An early point from full forward was as good as things got in the first half as the intermediate side playing into the town end amassed a 1-05 to 0-01 advantage at half time, Seneschalstown having kicked six wides.
