Senior Manager: We are delighted to announce that David Hosie is our new Senior Football manager.
David has assembled an impressive management team of Mal Hickey, Shane Clarke and Wayne Smith. They will also be assisted by Martin McGuirk.
Last year David was the Junior B manager and guided them to the final where they lost narrowly to Wolfe Tones. He has also been involved with the U-21 side in recent years, managing them this year when they defeated Walterstown in Round 1 before losing out to Navan O’Mahonys in the quarter final.
It is brilliant to have five clubmen of this calibre in charge of the senior side and no doubt they will strive to get the maximum out of the players at their disposal and bring success to the club.
Strength and Conditioning: Our S&C sessions for juvenile sides continued last weekend and will be on again this Saturday at 16:00. Numbers were up last week and we look forward to another increase this weekend.
Lotto: The numbers drawn in this week’s Lotto were 10, 12, 14 and 17. There was no winner of the jackpot of €5,200. Next week’s jackpot will be worth €5,300. The 5 x €25 winners are Emma Finnegan. Alan Bennett, Malachi Peoples, Fiona Sheridan and Aoibhe & Sadhbh Clarke.

Fantasy Premier League: After fifteen weeks of the season there is a tie at the top of the club league with Shane Mulvany’s “Relegation Material” and Conor McCoy’s “Real Madcoy” both on 769 points. There is a gap of twenty five points back to Barry Hand’s “Notsoklose” in third spot.
