Seneschalstown started well in this decider on Sunday morning against Dunboyne. Their first score was a goal coming straight from the throw-up. Hannah O’Carroll was the finisher of this score. Dunboyne placed great pressure on Seneschalstown but Megan Barry cleared the defence well. Lauren Rooney made a great run in the first half up the field to kick the ball over the bar for a great point for Seneschalstown. The score at half time was 0-1 to 3-2 at half time to Seneschalstown. Dunboyne then lifted their game and started the best in the second half with a goal. Dunboyne followed this up with a point. Seneschalstown had a few injuries during the game and these knock affected there confidence and Dunboyne captialised on this and finished up the better at the final whistle.
