Wednesday 15th April – Seneschalstown 4-3 Simonstown 5-3
Senechalstown under 16s got off to an unlucky first game in Division 2. There is a saying in Gaelic football “it’s a game of two halves” well that’s exactly what happened in this tie in Seneschalstown last Wednesday evening. Simonstown were by far the better team in the first half but Seneschastown came to the fore in the second half. They had a great display of football in the final twenty minutes but there wasn’t enough time on the clock for them to stop Simonstown taking the points for this game.
