Seneschalstown defeated a gallant Dunsany side in the u11 Div 2 played at Seneschalstown on Sept 1st. Aishling Clarke opened the scoring with a point in th e 3rd minute which was quickly followed by a point by Sorcha Gough. Dunsany opened their account with a point on 5 minutes. Further scores from Clarke (1-3) and Shona Loughran (0-1) had the home side in front 1-6 to 0-2 at HT in a very competitive game. In the second half scores were hard to come by early on and a Clarke point after 6 minutes was the first score of the half. Further scores from Katie Geraghty (1-3), Orla Finnegan (1-0), Aine Nangle (1-0) and Ava Jane Ryan (0-1) earned the home team a hard fought victory.
