O’Mahonys overcome Seneschalstown

O’Mahonys opened their first win in B League Division 1 on Sunday after defeating Seneschalstown by double scores. Within the first few minutes of the game O’Mahonys were awarded a penalty which gave them a 4 point lead before Seneschalstown answered with a free from Peter Watters.

O’Mahonys opened their first win in B League Division 1 on Sunday after defeating Seneschalstown by double scores. Within the first few minutes of the game O’Mahonys were awarded a penalty which gave them a 4 point lead before Seneschalstown answered with a free from Peter Watters.
There was a good 10 minutes before either team featured on the score sheet before the break of half time with O’Mahonys going in with a 7 point lead. Seneschalstown went into second half well with 3 unanswered points, 2 points from Conlon (1 free) before Regan and Loughran increased O’Mahonys lead by a further 4 points.
