Seneschalstown got the better of St Pauls in the first round of the Junior C league in Clonee on saturday evening after taking an early lead they came in at half time 2-11 to 0-2 in front before finally winning by 2-17 to 2-6.
Best for Seneschalstown were Paul Garry, James Gillick, Mick Mullen, John Matthews and Ted McDonnell who came on at half time and scored 5 points.
