Fri 9th May Brú na Boinne 0-10 Yellow Furze 4-10
An exciting, fast match between neighbouring clubs. Yellow Furze were always on top with an early goal from Francis Sheridan. Brian Clarke was in excellent form kicking 6 points from every angle before being forced to retire through an injury sustained just before the end of the first half.
In the second half Yellow Furze continued to dominate with three further goals to which Brú na Boinne had no answer. Final Score Yellow Furze 4-10 Brú na Boinne 0-10
