Fri 4th Jul Na Fianna 2-8 Yellow Furze 4-6
Na Fianna put up a strong challenge before losing out to Yellow Furze in the MFL Div. 2 at Dunsany on Friday evening.
Despite playing some good football in the first-half, Na Fianna trailed by 1-3 to 3-2 at the break and while they worked hard in the second- half, they were unable to get a foothold in the game.
Dean Barrett and Jamie Queeney gave outstanding displays for Na Fianna, while others to impress included Shane Geraghty, Declan Brennan, Ken Ryan, Padraig Hogan and Cormac Dunne.
