Seneschalstown continued their recent good run with a decisive win against a spirited Duleek/Bellewstown side on Monday night with a 2-15 to 1-2 win.

Seneschalstown started the game brightly with a couple of early points from Ross Howard (1)and Niall Lyons(1) Ross Howard then broke forward on the 12 th minute to put the ball in the Duleek net. This was followed by a goal from Duleek from the penalty spot.

This was to be Duleeks only score of the first half as seneschalstown really took control of the game and went on to score a further 1-9 during the remainder of the first half, with points from Niall Lyons (6) Ronan Conneeley (3)along with a goal from the penalty spot from Hugh Maguire.

Seneschalstown started the second half as they finished the first with them winning most of the breaking ball around midfield which was a springboard for alot of their incisive attacks.

Duleek managed to get 2 points during the second half but it was Seneschalstown who continued to put scores on the board with further points from Niall Lyons (1), Ross Howard (1) and Brendan Lynch (2).

This was a very good team performance by Seneschalstown where the effort, commitment and determination shown by this group of players has been fantastic to watch so far this year.
