Senior Ladies: The Ladies team will look to make their second Leinster Championship Final in a row when they travel to play Dublin champions Na Fianna on Sunday. Throw in is fixed for 14:00 in Na Fianna’s Mobhi Road ground and a tough encounter is expected.

The Ladies qualified for the semi-final courtesy of a victory over Leixlip in the last round but will be all too aware that a repeat of that performance will not be good enough on Sunday. In order to make it to the Leinster Final they will need to put in their best performance of the season so far but with a mixture of youth and experience in the side they will make the journey to the North Dublin venue with confidence.

Club Shop: Due to phenomenal demand the deadline for ordering our Christmas Pack has been extended by one week to this Saturday. To order contact Niall Sheridan (087 9689241).

U-21: The U-21’s emerged victorious from their preliminary round match in the championship against Walterstown on Sunday. In a game played in glorious Autumnal conditions they got off to a poor start when falling three points behind after five minutes but bounced back to be six points ahead by half time. A thirty ninth minute goal extended their advantage and from there until the final whistle the team did enough to emerge as seven point winners.

Next up for the team is a quarter final match against Navan O’Mahonys.

Minor: Following their win over St. Vincents/Curraha the minors take on Na Fianna in the LMFM Division 2 Championship semi-final in Fr. Tully Park on Sunday morning at 11:00.

U-15: Clann na Gael were the visitors to Fr. Tully Park on Saturday afternoon and inspite of mounting a gallant comeback in the second half our U-15 side lost out by two points.

Next up for them is an away match against Oldcastle on Saturday afternoon at 16:00.

U-12: The panel brought their year to a conclusion on Saturday when they hiked from the Bridge of the Boyne at Stackallen to Slane before returning to the clubhouse for some activities and food.

The team may not have made it to any finals over the course of the year but are a very talented bunch who will no doubt have great success over future seasons.

Club Nursery: The U-6 team finished up for the year on Saturday morning. The coaches were delighted with the large attendances every Saturday morning in Fr. Tully Park for coaching.

The U-8 and U-10 teams had a very successful Go Games Blitz last Saturday in Duleek. This blitz brought the season to a conclusion for the U-8 panel but the U-10’s will have coaching in the Skills Wall in Fr. Tully Park on Thursday evenings for the next few weeks.

Girls Minor: In a game played in the fine surrounds of Dunshaughlin GFC’s grounds in very pleasant autumn weather, Seneschalstown’s minor girls hit the ground running and dominated from the start. Key aspects of their performance were their positive attitude and willingness to work together as a team. The girls produced many passages of play where players came out of defence at pace and interlinked with attacking forwards to complete many fine scores. When the half time interval arrived the game was largely over as a contest as the Seneschalstown girls held a commanding lead, Seneschalstown 3-13 Royal Gaels 0-01

Throughout the second half Seneschalstown remained focused on the task in hand and finished out the game with some ease. Players to impress for Seneschalstown were Zoe Enright, Laura Wall, Lauren Kelleher, midfield players Nina Simpson and Natasha Mullen with Kiah Geraghty and Aoife Lenihan up front.
