Meath U-13 Division 2 Round 2
St. Cuthbert’s 2-11 Seneschalstown 3-07
A fine second half comeback from five points behind at the break of play just came up short for Seneschalstown’s U-13’s on Saturday afternoon in Sean Newman Park.
Having gotten off to a slow start in terms of scoring the team found their shooting boots in the second half with substitutes Daragh Cantwell being very influential. Kearney showed his scoring prowess as he racked up a goal and two points while Cathal Darby set up a grandstand finish as he netted with three minutes remaining.
