In the second half the teams went point for point until Niall Groome scored a cracking goal after a brilliant pass from Gerard McHendry to seal victory. This was followed by points from Colin Lynch and Shane Cunningham. Colmcilles had late goal chances but were denied by Ciaran Flynn in goals.
