Buoyed by an early goal from corner-forward Cormac Mullen, Seneschalstown roared into this game and never wilted under strong O’Mahonys pressure.
They should have been comfortably ahead at half-time but for some wayward shooting. Then Eddie Meade came up trumps with a fine goal to keep Seneschalstown in contention. They could have gone on to win this match with a little more accuracy in front of goals. However it was not to be.
If they can take their chances and reduce the wide count, it is only a matter of time before they gain some significant victories in the Premier Division.
