Seneschalstown started the second half well but failed to convert a number of chances. Lost possession in the forwards led to a quick St. Cianans break which resulted in a well taken goal. Seneschalstown responded with a sweeping move up field and a fine pass from Gerard McHendry put Mark Gilsenaan through but his shot rebounded off the post having beaten the goalkeeper.

This seemed to lift St. Cianans who added another seven points before the end. Hard as the tried Sensechalstown could only manage two points through Sean McCabe 0-1 and Mark Gilsenan 0-1.

Best for Seneschalstown: Ciaran Flynn, Cormac Noonan, Dessie Seepersad, Tim Kiernan, Damian McDonnell, Aidan Finnegan, James Conlon.
